What is the Kundalini Yoga training about?

In five modules of six days each, you will deepen your practice in the areas of Conscious Communication, Authentic Relationships, Mind & Meditation, Lifestyle & Life Cycles, and Vitality & Stress. Enriching and unique experiences feed your inspiration, the intensive classes with interactive discussions, meditations and supportive yoga practice advance your individual transformation.

The module of Lifecycles and Lifestyle is a great support to tackle the challenges of different phases in your life.
This 50 hour course over 6 days is probably the most personal in your Level 2 journey:
You review your personal biography in a manner that will set you free from the dead weight of the past and turn lead to gold.

  • Discover your Purpose: Do you define it for yourself, or is it defined externally?
  • Renew your self-concept by discovering your purpose and destiny for living an extraordinary, meaningful life.
  • Examine and map out the stages and cycles of life – where you have come from, and where you are going
  • Identify habits, attitudes and practices that help or hinder your life in the past, present and future.
  • Learn to deeply understand death. Confront the fear of death and live victoriously, with little to no baggage
  • Explore the nature of your stress identity as an individual and cross-culturally. Use kriyas and meditations as well as other processes to identify your stressors and the tools you will need to balance and uplift ourselves and others.

Every 18 years, the physical body goes through a process of maturity and change. We call this the Cycle of Life Energy. Every 11 years, the way you apply what you know to solving problems changes. The horizon of the intelligence expands. We call this the Cycle of Intelligence. And every 7 years, the fundamental sense of your identity evolves. It deepens, building on the wisdom of past experiences. We call this the Cycle of Consciousness.

These cycles are built into the structure of the human body. The yogis investigated and discovered these subtle but accurate cycles encoded in the brain and the glands. Understanding these cycles and how they impact your life is a powerful aspect of Kundalini Yoga.
